5. Disposable gloves in between homes and tasks such as cleaning interior trash cans, toilet ring removal, and other unsanitary jobs.

6. Clean mops in between homes are cleaned, steamed, and sanitized for all house cleaning and office cleaning needs.

Pre Cleaning Consultation

Call our office to set up a walk through and begin your cleaning plan. During the walk through, we will inspect surfaces and identify stains and problems, such as odor and hard water scale, create a damage prevention plan, and help you fill out your homes profile.

Initial Cleaning

Your immediate cleaning will be focused on getting your surfaces to our standard of clean. It is up to you to stay or leave for the cleaning. As soon as we are done with your cleaning we will send you a text. Please make sure to provide us with instructions upon departure. Your cleaning is backed up with a 24 hour guarantee.

Maintenance Cleanings

After your initial cleaning, we can assign your home or office regular cleanings. Service days are assigned according to routes. Forms and assignments of entry & departure will be discussed with our office. We immediately get to know your family and learn your homes layout. Best of all no contracts.

Every clients key is secured with a GPS tracker and key finder to make sure keys are always secure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Must I be at home during my cleanings?

It's your choice. Most clients schedule there cleanings around their schedule. If this is your first time, you may want to be there to greet your team and show them around. Afterwards, you are free to run errands. During future cleanings, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is to assign us our own key, alarm, or entry code.

How do you protect my keys?

Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Maid Essentials supervisors and operators have access. The key is then issued & signed out to your regular maid service professional. Upon returns the keys are checked back in with management where it returns it to the secured storage. In the unlikely event your key is lost, our keys are equipped with gps tracking for immediate relocation. Our Lost and Found guarantee will re-key all necessary locks in case all fails.

How many people clean my home?

Maid Essentials assigns a single surface care professional to every home for higher quality janitorial service. As our relationship grows, your assigned maid or janitorial service will make detailed notes every office or house cleaning. On occasion we may bring another person for training purposes. Expect a visit from our head surface care professionals to clean your home for quality assurance on occasion as well.

What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of my regular cleaning service?

Maid Essentials is always waiting by the phone to communicate your needs to your assigned house cleaning or office cleaning team. Please see our full list Deep Cleaning options we provide along with your cleaning.

Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?

No! We provide PH balanced cleaners and hospital grade microfiber to care for all of your surfaces during every maid service or janitorial service.

Will I always have the same person come every cleaning?

We make every effort to keep your assigned maid cleaning your home. But because of promotions, lifestyle changes, and other factors, we do not guarantee the same person will come out every time. We will however keep you updated about any changes.

Are your Maids trained and supervised?

Absolutely. Every maid undergoes a minimum 3 months of supervised probation. Head surface care professionals undergo advanced training skills.

How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?

Payments are due by credit card only. Commercial accounts may call our office for invoicing and check payments.

What are your rates for your house cleaning services?

Many factors play into the cost of your home during your initial and routine cleanings. It is best to contact our office for all maid services. Maid Essentials provides free, no obligation estimates for cleaning service right over the phone!

Is the work of your house cleaning service guaranteed?

Am I liable for worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes?

No. We’ve taken care of all the paperwork including state and federal taxes. Unlike independent maid services that leave homeowners liable. We do as much to make us a simple, worry-free home cleaning service solution.

Will your team get on step ladders to clean high areas?

What time does Maid Essentials arrive?

Maid Essentials will provide you with a time gap for which the team should regularly arrive. We do not guarantee your assigned maid service will arrive at your scheduled time. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, you may speak with your head housekeeper for more assistance in your situation.

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?

We treat you and your home as if it where our own. If something does unexpectedly break, we will make sure to inform you immediately.

What happens if I need to reschedule my service?

Maid Essentials will work with you and your schedule. Simply call our office.

What if my home cleaning falls on a holiday?

We call to reschedule for a more convenient time when house cleanings fall on holidays. Your local house cleaning team will always remind you about irregular house cleaning days. Perhaps that means an additional house cleaning or skipping your maid service prior to the following day:
